Patients whose case is discussed by a multidisciplinary care team will have their chart prepared by acancer nurse navigatorwith experience in their particular disease.

Their case will be discussed by a panel of providers, including representatives from the oncology specialties of surgery,radiation oncology,medical oncology,pathology and radiology.

Supportive oncology services are a core function of our cancer program.Dietitians,social workers and case managers are present during the cancer conference.
