Our providers are trained in multiple subspecialties and collaborate with other specialists at OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital to deliver multidisciplinary care. Our goal is to offer the best care to our patients through outpatient consultation, procedures, and inpatient care. The Digestive Disease Center at OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center – connected to OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital – is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.

OSF HealthCare participates in ImproveCareNow (ICN), a collaborative care network dedicated to optimizing care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. This network includes the top children’s hospitals across the U.S. We are the only center in downstate Illinois that participates in ICN. We have access to multiple research opportunities and protocols, including in esophageal diseases and allergic/eosinophilic GI conditions.
