With an OSF MyChart account, you can share your own information with providers in other health systems, employers or anyone you choose – as long as they have access toshareeverywhere.com.

How to Share

Click onShare Everywhere.

Enter the name of the person with whom you want to share your record and click the button to “Request share code.” You’ll receive a one-time code to share with that person, who will also need your birthdate to access your record.

The one-time code is valid for only 60 minutes. Your record can be accessed only one time.

As soon as the person with whom you share your record logs out, they will not be able to access your record again unless you repeat the process and provide another code.
