Owned and operated by OSF HealthCare, OSF Life Flight is a 24-hour helicopter air-medical transport service, serving Illinois since June 1984. OSF Life Flight has led the way in air ambulance service in the Midwest and continues to be one of the premier flight programs in the U.S.
