Dr. Uzonyi always loved math and science from a young age, so his decision to pursue medicine was easy. However, his draw to women's health care came from his deep appreciation for the women in his life.
"The most impactful people in my life have always been women — from family members to teachers to my closest friends," he said. "Being able to give back to them has always been important to me."
Patients can expect appointments with Dr. Uzonyi to be very thorough.
"After a full assessment, I provide my patients with multiple treatment options," he said. "I think it is important to allow them to have the final say in what treatment they feel is best."
Dr. Uzonyi is happily married and the proud owner of two rescued dogs. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys carpentry, painting and crafting of all sorts.
