I acknowledge a person's individuality while providing unconditional, compassionate care, educating patients and families, and striving to promote a health care environment that is therapeutic and respectful.
Leah was born and raised in Jerseyville, Illinois.
"I am a small-town girl who loves living in a close-knit community, and I don't mind getting a little dirt under my nails," Leah said. "I feel my upbringing has contributed to my down-to-earth personality and kind heart that strives to meet the needs of those around me."
She believes in a holistic approach to care built on good communication.
"Building a long-lasting relationship with my patients is important to me," Leah said. "I take a complete history so I can understand your background and any contributing factors that could be related to your diagnosis."
Leah is married to her best friend, whom she has known since high school. They have a 2-year-old daughter who lights up their world and keeps them on their toes.
