Dr was prepared when she came in to see me, knew my history and I did not need to fill her in when discussing what was going on at my visit she could differentiate and understand what could be ongoing vs new. this is so important as a patient, even as a newer pt to the clinic I have NEVER felt so important and understood and listened to.

Dr. Chinn is very smart lady, IMO. She advised she would like to refer me to a specialist. I did not ask, she suggested and I was agreeable. I think how may doctors would do that without being asked by the patient. She is using her medical expertise and making a suggestion to help me and make my life better. So impressed.
