Tracy grew up on the west side of Chicago and got into health care because of her interest in science.
"My first direct patient care job was working with pulmonary patients, and I tend to find something that I like and stick with it," Tracy said. "What I like most about working with people with pulmonary illness is their candidness."
Her career allows her to do what she loves to do – serve others.
"I chose to work for OSF HealthCare because their Mission and Values are derived from Christian beliefs. This allows me to be able to put the needs of my patients first," Tracy said.
