This is a free three class series for expecting mothers and their support person.

Schedule

Night One:You will learn about the labor process and what to expect and pain management options. A tour of our Blessed Beginning Birthing Center will also be included.

Night Two:The focus of this class will be breathing and relaxation as well as a discussion of alternate pain management options.

Night Three:You will gain understanding about the postpartum time and care of the newborn. In addition, Infant CPR is included on this last night.
