This is testing for return-to-work ONLY, and only AFTER a Mission Partner previously tested positive for COVID-19.

Symptomatic COVID-19 Testing

If you are a Mission Partner experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and require a test, you can schedulea drive-thru or walk-in appointment at an OSF HealthCare location or at a community testing site.

By scheduling an appointment for a COVID-19 test provided through OSF HealthCare, you are agreeing to be seen as a patient.

Weekly Testing Options

Asymptomatic Mission Partners who are required to get weekly tests have three options:
