The OSF HealthCare Foundation -- Culture of Philanthropy Steering Committee focuses on nominees who foster our Culture of Philanthropy and raise awareness of the foundation that supports the Sisters' Mission to"serve with the greatest care and love."Please list all, including awards and certificates, volunteer activities and personal achievements you believe distinguishes your nominee. All candidates need to show a high level of commitment for their hospital and community.

If your nominee is chosen as a Regional Honoree, as the nominator you will be invited to the Culture of Philanthropy Celebration on Wednesday October 25th.
